Scholar Rudolf: Baghdad Dialogue a Golden Platform to Elevate Iraq’s Role

International researcher Inna Rudolf praised Iraq’s pivotal role as a bridge for dialogue and consensus-building in the region during her participation in the Baghdad International Dialogue Conference, describing the event as a “golden opportunity” to discuss this vital role.

In her recorded statement, Rudolf said: “I’m proud to participate for the second time in this exceptional event, which offers a unique platform for open and candid discussions on the challenges and untapped opportunities Iraq can leverage to enhance its regional and international standing.”

She commended Iraq’s current economic policies, stressing the importance of “reforms that encourage foreign investment, including supporting a skills-based economy, improving the use of modern technology, and continuing outreach to neighboring countries.”

Rudolf described the Baghdad Dialogue as “a highly significant event,” bringing together a distinguished group of researchers, politicians, diplomats, and experts from various fields to exchange perspectives and explore pathways for Iraq’s development.

She concluded by thanking the Iraqi Institute for Dialogue for organizing the conference, calling its efforts “inspiring and conducive to meaningful dialogue.”
