The Iraqi Institute for Dialogue, in collaboration with Adnan Publishing House and Library on Al-Mutanabbi Street in Baghdad, has released “The Diplomatic Briefcase” by Iraqi diplomat Dr. Karrar Anwar Al-Budairi. The collection is considered a valuable addition to Iraqi and Arab libraries in the fields of diplomacy, protocol, and international negotiation.
The Diplomatic Briefcase comprises three specialized books:
