The Iraqi Institute for Dialogue Hosts Book Signing for “The Diplomatic Portfolio”

The Iraqi Institute for Dialogue, in collaboration with Adnan Publishing and Distribution House, is organizing a book signing event for “The Diplomatic Portfolio” by writer and diplomat Dr. Karar Anwar Al-Budairi. The event will take place as part of a cultural gathering on the evening of Thursday, May 15, 2025.

The signing will be held at Kahwa wa Kitab Café in the Karrada Inside district of Baghdad, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. It will be attended by a distinguished group of individuals interested in diplomacy and culture, in addition to a number of academic and media figures.

“The Diplomatic Portfolio” includes three specialized books:

• Next-Generation Diplomacy: Craft and Practice in the Global System
• The Diplomat’s Guide to Etiquette and Protocol
• Diplomatic Negotiation Between States: Appeasing Enemies and Reconciling Opposites
